cancel meeting

there is a user in my envrionment, who Canceled a meeting occurance , and
typed the message body for the cancelation,

the meeting was removed from the local calendar , but not from the attendees
calendars, and they never got the canceleation

she is using Outlook 2000 SR2, Exchange is 2000 & 5.5 Mixed,
she Canceled the meeting from her Boss's calendar

any help is much appreciated
