Cannnot send attachment using OTL 2003

For the 1st time every in using OTL, I cannot add an attachment to an e mail
msg. When I click on Insert/File, the MyDocuments folder opens. When I try
clicking on the My Music folder, the entire process hangs. I've tried it
multiple times & it hangs ea. time.

I've just installed PCCillin as my new virus scan. Could this have anything
to do w. the problem? Has anyone had a similar problem?

I am suddenly having the problem with OTL 2002. It was working fine a week
ago, now it hangs whenever i try to add an attachment.

It also hangs when i try to save an attachment.

It still opens attachments just fine.

I have not added any new virus software and would appreciate any insight on
this problem.
