Cannnot Uninstall Office 2007 Professional Trial Version

I installed the Office 2007 Pro trial version onto my Vista Ultimate machine
last month. Both Vista and Office are RTM versions. I just picked up a legal
copy of Office 2007 Ultimate which I want to install, however, I need to
first uninstall Office 2007 Pro. Unfortunately, something seems to be
terribly wrong with the uninstalls. When I try to uninstall from the Programs
and Features control panel, I get following message:

Setup could not find any available products to install. Please contact your
system administrator.

This is also the same error message when I run SETUP from C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE12\Office Setup Controller\.

I then tried running MSIEXEC directly with following line:

MsiExec.exe /X{91120000-0014-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}

The following error message came up:

Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are
valid.

I have no idea what is going on and why Uninstall is failing and would
appreciate any good advice.

Thanks….Randy

After much trial and error, I was able to finally uninstall the trial
version. I had originally downloaded the setups from the Office web site, and
once installed had deleted the setup EXEs. To get Uninstall to work, I had to
redownload the setup EXEs and run them again (to be safe I always do Run as
Administrator). I also went into the ...\Office Setup Controller\ folder to
remove some remnants that uninstall did not properly handle.
