I am using SBS 2003 and the end user has an exchange account and also has an
earthlink.net account - all users in the company have been using the
earthlink.net account - they send quite a few meeting requests for the
purpose of maintaining all calendars up to date on the different attorney's
schedules and appointments.
This attorney in particular is the only one with an exchange account and the
earthlink account - the earthlink account is being received using the
connector for pop3 email into the exchange mailbox.
Suddenly the attorney received the meeting requests as attachements and when
he opens them the response toolbar buttons gray out and cannot be used to
respond to the schedules for meetings requests.
How can I resolve the problem short of bringing all the users into using
exchange. - I want to eventually do a slow transition.
How can I get the attorney in particular to have access to the accept,
reject, etc, etc buttons in the response toolbar to answer the meeting
requests?
