All of these topics appear to be "inactive" and require a new question. I have one user in our organization who is unable to respond to meeting invitations using Entourage.
Here are the steps I have taken, I am at a loss now...
1. All updates applied (through 12.1.5) to Entourage
2. Rebuilt Folder Cache for the account (Folder Properties, Empty Cache)
3. Repaired database (even though I didn't think this would work)
4. Loaded new user account onto the Mac, set up the profile in Entourage, still didn't work
5. Loaded the profile in Outlook 2003 and 2007 - I am able to respond to meetings
6. Ran the Outlook /clearfreebusy command on a PC for that profile to see if that would help (it did not)
7. Removed Office 2008, reinstalled from DVD, updated again - issue persists
None of the previous threads showed a solution, and I'm still in need of one. Anyone got an answer to this one?
Thanks!
