cannot accept meeting-requests

Our secretary has created a meeting request and send to several users. One
user can't accept this meeting request 'cos Outlook thinks this person is the
meeting organizer..

The secretary has delegates to this persons calendar, but positivily she has
created the meeting request from her own calendar.

what could be the problem?
