I have a user who cannot Accept a meeting request. And gets the
following message:
iCalendar format is selected for non-Exchange recipients. If any of
your recipients are not using Exchange, they will not receive the
attached files. You can do one of the following:
Click Yes below to send this meeting request. Then send the
attachments to non-Exchange recipients in a separate message.
Click No below. Disable the iCalendar format option for this meeting
request by clicking Send as iCalendar on the Tools menu in the request,
and then click Send. Your attachments will be sent to all recipients.
Send the Metting Request?

She is using Outlook 2002. I have not been able to find the option to
disable the iCalendar. Also, one of the recipients is not on our
Exchange server, whic,h I have found (via much searching) could be the
reason why this message appears.
I would greatly appreciate your help. There will be a FREE shirt
awarded to the first person who provides the solution. So with your
request please include your shirt size.
Thanks.
