Cannot access contacts to print in Word

Cannot access contacts in word to print delivery addresses for envelopes. Can someone answer this simle question?

No, because we can't read your mind. You did not provide any information
whatsoever. Why can't you? What happens when you try? What error messages?
What is your default mail and Contacts manager? Is the Outlook Address Book
installed and configured correctly? What versions are you using?
