I created a mail merge file several weeks ago and have
been using it successfully. I have to add and update some
of the merge fields, but for some reason, I do not have
access to the "insert mail merge field" function on this
document. It's grayed out on my menu and on my toolbar
and I cannot edit the fields. Any suggestions on how to
enable this function would be appreciated. Thanks.
