Nick
We are using Group Policy to redirect users' My Documents
folders to a Clustered server share.
I can access my 'My Documents' folder in Windows Explorer
without problem, but if I try to do a File - Save in
Excel, Word etc. I receive the message "You do not have
access to the folder "\\SHARENAME\foldername". This is
clearly not correct, so not a permissions problem, as I
can fully access the folder/files in Explorer.
The PC I'm using is running Windows XP Pro SP1, plus all
patches up to SP2, with Office 2003 Pro, fully patched
to date. (The problem does not go away if I install XP
SP2 - I've tried that).
Thanks.
