Cannot access outlook from multiple users on Windows XP

The easiest way I know would be to create a user account
for viewing Outlook email. When a family member wants to
see email, they logon as that user to view and send
email. Of course everyone will see all email. But you
won't have each user logging on and downloading email to
their user account where others don't have access to it.

We all share the one email account, so that is not a
problem.
We all just wanted the luxury of accessing it from our
own environments without having to switch to another just
to get email. Plus, too, there are times when it is a
bit inconvienient.
If that's the way it is, then that's the way it is. But,
I just thought there might be a way...
