Cannot access Project Server after moving host using Backup/Restor

Hi,

I have moved Project server from one host to another. I have used the
Central admin backup and then restore it in the new host. I am getting an
access denied when i try login into project server on the new host. Project
server does not seem to start using the credentials of the new server. I have
been stuck on this issue for a few days. Any help with this will be much
appreciated.
