Cannot access Project server

I am the only administrator for the Project server, and
just got back after a few days off and now I get this
message whenever I try to log in:

"Your account does not have permissions to log on. You
need to change the account in your profile or contact your
server administrator to give your account permissions to
log on to this server. (5016)"

When I try using Project Professional 2003 I get this
error:

"You are attempting to log on using a Windows user
account, but you do not have a Windows user account on
this server. You need to change the account in your
profile or contact your server administrator to set up
your Windows user account on this server. (5002)"



How can I get past these errors and login to the server?
Is there a local adminstrator account that I can use to
get in?

new install of project server 2003

If you are logging into the Project Server 2003 using Project Web
Access, login with the administrator user and password you set up in the
last
step of the Project Server Installation. Then set user accounts for which
you can log into from Project Professional 2003.
