I have set up my computer from scratch and reinstalled WinXP. After setting
up Outlook (2003), I have tried to access the saved outlook.pst file from the
previous setup. Note: it was not a backup, just saved. The message I get when
I try to import is: "File access is denied. You do not have the permission
required to access the file D:/outlook/outlook.pst" Does this have anything
to do with User Accounts and the name under which the previous pst file was
created? How do I get past this? The file is not protected by a password - I
have never used a password on my home computer.
