Cannot access spam emails supposedly sent to Junk email

I am getting the following Spam report as an email daily...

Subject: Daily report mailbox (e-mail address removed) folder Spam

Your folder Spam contains 6 new messages.

Messages in this folder will be deleted after 28 days.

I can then see Summery: the From, Subject, and size, but when I go to my
Junk E-mail folder, it is empty.

What do I need to reconfigure?

This sounds like a Corporate Spam message. By this I mean,
we use a product called IronPort at my place of work. IronPort
runs at the front line (before it reaches my mailbox). If it suspects
that a message is SPAM it will hold it for me in it's own queue.

I receive reports 2 times a day from the IronPort system giving
me a quick overview of what it stopped. Then if I think the
quarantine was a mistake, I can CLICK A LINK that is
provided in the report. The link will take me to the SPAM
queue where I can release the message to my mailbox.

Is this a Corporate email account?

It is from one of the internet fax companies I am setting up for fax
capabilities over the internet. Obviously the word fax is a red filter flag.
My ISP is 1and1.com. Should I contact them, but this seems like an Outlook
07 configuration problems to me ?? Obviously, I know what a couple of these
pertain to, but I have gotten them in the past couple of days I would at
least like to have access to in my Junk folder. Here's what I got this
morning in the text of the message in my inbox:

Its likely something to do with your intergrated anti virus
Outllook itself doesnt generate a spam report.

If this is new and just started, I would NOT click any links at all in
the message. I would be a bit afraid of it. I would not open it.

I would contact 1and1.com immediately and ask them if this is a
new service they are providing to you.

I'll disagree with DL and state I think it's a message from 1and1. If you
log into your 1and1 account via their webmail interface is there a SPAM
folder they provide?
