Cannot access the Issues page in Project Web Access- 2003

[AS2003]

In Microsoft Project Web Access (2003), when I try to
access the Issues page, a Windows Challenge dialog box
appears. It appears thrice and then 'access denied' page
displays.

The following indicates a patch for Project 2002.

Any idea whats the solution for Project 2003?

Either your account does not have permissions on the particular site, or
your directory security settings in IIS need adjusting.

But I think this problem is machine specific. This is
because I am able to login just fine from some other
machines.
Any suggestions?

I have project server authentication but have a windows
user account set up on the server.
Integrated windows authentication and annonymous access
have been enabled on the IIS.

I can access the issues successfully if I try to login to
the PWA through the server(the box that is). It gives
this error on my box.

You can't use Project Server authentication with SharePoint.

Windows authentication fixed all problems. It also fixed
the problem of assigned issues not visible on home page.
