Cannot access website on my server

Sorry, accidently sent prior message without a message.

Have a development website on my extended FrontPage server running under
W2K. Use FP 2003. Irecently stopped being able to access that site. Even
within Windows Explorer, if I left or right click on the site folder, Windows
explorer stops responding. When I checked the server extensions within the
Internet Information Services I get the following message: "The server
administration programs and the server extensions on the web server are not
compatible. The administration program is too old to use with this server."
I don't know if these are one or two problems. Thanks for any help.

The server administration program and the server extensions on the Web
server are not compatible. The server is too old to use with this
administration program:

Try this: Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Microsoft
SharePoint Administrator

It brings up a web based FrontPage Server Extensions 2002 Server
Administration page.

Thanks for the suggestions. When I tried the SharePoint Administrator I had
the same results as when I tried to open the website on my server. The
browser indicates the website is found, but hangs indefinitely without
opening it. When I tried the link you provided I get an empty link--"the
page cannot be displayed" It may not be related, but I'm getting this type
of dead link with a number of Microsoft.com pages.
