cannot acess one or more files to run word processor

When I try to acess the word processor in microsoft works 7.0.
I get a message saying works cannot acess one or more files
it needs to run the word processor, the files may have been renamed,
deleted, or moved. try reinstalling works, and then starting the program
again.
I have done this only to get the same results.
