Cannot activate onenote

I have installed correctly and typed in my activation code. However, just
like the entry a couple below onenote says that it cannot access the
internet, yet I am clearly connected as. Unlike the person below however I
would love to get over this small hurdle and start using the product asap...
any ideas

Try the telephone activation option. In all honesty, it really is a very
simple method to activate your software.

Chris - thanks for replying. I saw the option but it is greyed out. can't
find anyway of getting to it

Well, hmmm

Where did you get this OneNote copy? Is it retail or are you trying to
activate a downloaded trial? Are you able to open the program at all or does
it require activation before opening? If you can't open the program, then
you might have to uninstall/reinstall and hope that activation will work
upon the new reinstall.

If you can open the app, you can try selecting 'Activate Product' from the
Help menu to see if that works.
