Cannot add a "Corporate Author" as the "Book Author" in a "Book Se

[word 2007 citation help needed]

s the above possible as there is no tick box for a corporate author as there
is with the primary author, the details i wish to enter are as follows:

Author: Watkins J
Title: The Beginings of Engineering
Book Author: American Society of Civil Engineers
Book Title: The Civil Engineer: His Origins
....etc

However, when entering this the author appears as Engineers, A S.

Is there a way around this problem?
