cannot add contacts

When attemptoing to add contacts, location dropdwon box
pops up and has no entries available. I then get stuck
in a loop.

You left a lot out.
You're not trying to add to the address book you?
In Outlook, Contacts are added to the Contacts Folder. The address book
interface has no role here.

Could you please list the steps you are using to add the Contact and what
happens when you try?
What do you mean by the "location dropdown box?"
You should be entering Contacts in the Contacts Folder where you want them
stored.

I mention nothing of the address book. I don't know who
Bob is. Anyway, I try adding a contact and the below
happens. Can you point me in a direction to look?
