You've provided no clues. There are countless possibilities all documented

steps you used to create this problem.<<<
I provided no clues because I really HAVE no clue why Outlook began
malfunctioning. About a month ago, I added Earthlink internet to my computer
and that is when the problems started. I don't see why those two things
would be connected, but it is the only thing I've done differently to my
computer before the problems started.
I took the advice offered, and searched the knowledge base. Hours later,
the only thing I could find that they recommended for my problem was to
create an entire new profile and then copy the .pst files over to that new
profile. I have done this and I am happy to report that I can now add new
contacts to my contact folder and I can also use the "reply to all" function
again.
HOWEVER, I still am unable to add appointments to the calendar. I no longer
get the "invalid parameter" error message, though. Now, I simply get "Could
not Save Item". I tried going through the "New" tab to add an appointment
that way, but when I hit "new appointment", I get no response at all. I
checked my other profiles, and I am unable to add appointments to those
calendars either, getting the same "could not save item" error message.
I've searched the knowledge base at length, but so far have been unable to
find the answer to this specific problem. Any assistance anyone could give
would be most appreciated. I really would like to have the function of my
calendar back again.
Thanks,
JO
