cannot add owc11 components to vs 2005 toolbox

I am trying to develop an asp2 website where one of the pages will use an
owc pivot chart. in design mode of vs2005 I click to add items to the
toolbox and make the selections from the com section of the dialog box. When
I check the requisite item and select ok, nothing is added to the toolbox. I
have sp1 and vsto loaded and am using vb.

Any help?
