Cannot Add/Update Data

We are using Access 2000 mdb format with linked tables against an MS SQL Server database. Since upgrading to JET 4.0 SP7 from SP6 we are experiencing an issue with filtering. When we filter by right clicking on a combo box, the record displays but we cannot edit any data including adding a new record.

Are there any known issues related to JET 4.0 SP7 that may explain this behavior?
