Cannot adjust view of Pages/Subpages

I installed OneNote on my office PC and cannot drag the page/subpage view at
all... right now, they are squeezed over to the right side of the screen.
It's so far over to the right that I can't view the titles of sub-pages.

I have OneNote installed on 2 other PCs and don't have this problem.

Any ideas?

Look for a small white arrow on a grey circle at the bottom right of
the screen.

Click it. Then you should be good to go.
