Cannot build OLAP Cubes MSPS 2003 SP3 SQL Server 2005 SP2

Hey there experts,

Ok so I have MSPS 2003 Sp3 running on a W2K3 Sp2 server and the entire SQL
Server 2005 suite SP2 running on another W2K3 SP2 box.

So far I have:

1. Build a service account on the domain.
2. Added SA to 2 groups on the app server. (OLAP Administrators and
Administrators)
3. Installed DSO from SQLServer2005_BC.msi
3. Added SA to 2 groups on the Database server. (OLAP Administrators and
Administrators)
4. Setup SA connection string in PSCOM+ on appserver.

Up on an attempt to build a cube I get the following errors from the app
server:

Component: MSP Resource Availablity Refresh and OLAP Cube Creation Component
(ProjOLAP)
File: PROJOLAPProcess
Line: 1
Description: <Description><![CDATA[DSO.Server.Connect failed with error
message 'ActiveX component can't create object' Error Number :
