Cannot change an account while sending e-mail

I have Outlook 2003 with several e-mail accounts.
When sending a new e-mail, i cannot change the account i wnt to send an e-mail from. When i press on the Accounts button to change the desired account, i get the error message:
"Unable to complete the operation. The fatal error occured ihas n Outlook".

Please help to solve the error or advise how to send an e-mail from different accounts!!!

find and delete the *.srs file for your profile.

Look for it in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook. You can easily access it by pasting
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook in the Address bar of your
browser or Windows Explorer.

Note that by default, Windows hides some of your user profile folders from
you. Change the settings in Windows Explorer's Tools, Folder Options, View
tab to show hidden files and folders and remove the check from hide system
files.
