Cannot change color of WordArt, lines, fill or borders

When I place a border around a picture and change the color it reverts to
black.
This also happens to WordArt and filling color. No one seems to know what
has happened as it just started happenning All the documants I have done over
the past few years have also all reverted to black borders.

Did you just upgrade the version of Word or Windows you're using? Change
printers? A new monitor?

What happens when you try to print a page with graphics to your color printer?

My best guess would be that your printer or screen driver have a problem and may
need to be repaired or upgraded?
