Cannot change FrontPage generated code - include file not found

Terry

I have a ismple survey that populates a .mdb. I
generated it using the standard FrontPage wizards. It
references a include file in the following autmatically
generated line (which is grayed out in the FrontPage
editor):

<!--#include file="../_fpclass/fpdbform.inc"--><!--webbot
bot="SaveDatabase" endspan i-checksum="148" --><P>

My web host recently upgraded their system for increased
security and now I need to change (removing the '..'):

<!--#include file="/_fpclass/fpdbform.inc"--><!--webbot
bot="SaveDatabase" endspan i-checksum="148" -->

When I change this and try and save it I get an error
that says my changes will be reverted because it is a
line generated by FrontPage.

1. Is there a way to get FrontPage to NOT insert the ..

2. If not, how can I change this from within FrontPage?

Thanks,
Terry
