Cannot change orientation to landscape

I have tried many times, but everytime I try to change
the orientation to landscape, it will not change in the
preview or when I print. I have changed in the page
setup, in the printer settings, I've deleted all manual
page breaks, cleared the print areas. I do not know what
else to do. I am using Excel 2002. I have not found any
known bugs for this so I'm assuming there is one little
check box or radio button somewhere that I am missing.
Does anyone have any ideas? This is for all Worksheet
files, even new ones.
Help! I'm going insane.

This is usually a Printer Driver problem or you have a default Printer
selected that does not support Landscape.

Suggest you check your default Printer and if OK, update your driver(s) for
the Printer.
