Cannot close archives "the operations failed. an object could not

Hi-

I recently upgraded my .pst files to unicode format. But I still have an old
archve folder in the "all mail folders." I cannot close it - I get an error
message when I either try to close it or go to properties, ADVANCED"The
operation failed. An object could not be found."

I've deleted the archive.pst file...still have the folder. I've replaced it
and tried again...no change. Just to see what would happen, I added it
through FILE, DATA MANAGEMENT and that gave me yet another archive folder,
but one which would close properly.

Any ideas how to get rid of this puppy?

Thanks a bunch. That article (and whole website) was great.

Based on what they said, I gave up wasting time trying to "fix" the problem
and just created a new profile...a process that wasn't nearly as painful as I
thought it would be and a whole lot easier than the time wasting I was doing
before.
