Cannot connect Project Pro to Project Server

Hello,

I try to connect from my client PC(Project Pro) to Project Server by
Tools-Options and I enter the URL.
For your information, the server of Project Server is in different
domain(individual domain) and my PC is in different workgroup. Can it be
connected?
For your info, I can ping to the server and also acn access through Project
Web Access but cannot connect through Project Pro.

Please guide.
