Cannot connect to Microsoft Office Online

Tries connecting to:
r.office.microsoft.com/r/hlidOfficeHomeFromClientWithLogging/1033/ECO1022983/2
Error message: Cannot locate the internet server or proxy server.

hi,
I just tried your web address and got a similar message.
apparently it is either a bad adderess or incomplete.
should start with http://www.ect but adding that didn't
work either.
talk to the source that provided the web address.
