Cannot Connect to Project Server 2003

Dimitris E.

Hi,

I use Microsoft Project 2003 and Project Server 2003.
I use windows authentication and I have a user
domain\user (which is the user i use to enter to my XP
machinne) in project server that belongs to
Administrators & Project Managers groups.

My problem is that when I try to connect from Microsoft
Project 2003 I get the following error :

"Cannot connect. Project was unable to establish a
connection with the selected Project Server. This could
be caused by a loss of network connectivity, invalid
username or password, lack of an enterprise global
template, or problems with the Project Server or
database, or your Project Server may not have enterprise
features enabled."

This is a fresh installation of both products.

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance.
Dimitris

If you are logging into the Project Server 2003 using Project Web
Access, login with the administrator user and password you set up in the
last
step of the Project Server Installation. Then set user accounts for which
you can log into from Project Professional 2003.

that worked for me
