cannot connect to project server 2003

Hi all
I instal project server2003 with all components(sharepoint,...) successful.
I can connect some project pro 2003 to server successful, but one of clients
cannot connect to this project server, when I login in project pro, and enter
my user/password, it shows this error to me:

Microsoft project server 2003
cannot connect:
project was unable to establish a connection with the selected project
server. this could be caused by a loss of network connectivity,invalid
username and password, lack of an enterprise global template, or problems
with the project server or database, or your project server may not have
enterprise features enabled.
Ok

I don`t know why this error shows. I login with all of users (administrator
and users that I created) but this error show again. I connect without
problem on another clients( 4 PCs) but on this Pc , I can`t connect. why?

What's different between the PCs that work and the ones that dont? What
operating systems and service packs are on these various systems? Are the
browser versions the same? Are the security settings the same?

difference of this client with another client on installed programs, on
this client Axapta programs with sql server is instaled, I think these
programs occurs this problem, because all of OS ,servicepack,IE version,...
the same as the others.
I must be formatted this computer and installed OS,... again without Axapta,
this client connect to project server successful. (OS:winXP sp2,IE 6, all
internet security:reset to low.)

Is sql server on client conflict with sql server on project server machine?
What is your idea? Is project prof. connect coflict with anther programs that
there are instaled on client?

I've run Windows Server on my desktop with a complete Project Server
environment installed, including SQL, and not had problems connecting to
other Project Server systems. Perhaps the version of MDAC is the issue?

I checked between some of clients, each windows has a different MDAC,
windows XP sp2: 2.81, win2003 enterprise:2.80, win2000 prof. : 2.79, but all
of them connect to project server, because I clean that client, I never know
why it didn`t connect to server.
