Cannot connect to Project server from client running Project Professional 2003

SITUATION:

Project Server 2003 on Windows Server 2003



PROBLEM:

Cannot connect to Project server from client running Project Professional
2003





Control Panel - > Regional and Language Options - > Advanced tab:

Select a language to match the language version of the non-Unicode programs
you want to use:



Croatian





NOTE:

If the language is English(United States) it works.





Please help, i need to have above settings Croatian!
