Cannot connect to ProjectServer

Hi,

I have a case in which the user cannot access the server from his MsProject
Pro 2003 Sp2.

I've checked with other users but he seems to be the only one with this
problem.

The user gets the following pop-up when trying to connect to the server
through MsProject Pro :
_________________________________________
The Project Server database is not available.

You cannot access the database for one of the following problems:
The global enterprise model in the database presents a problem.
You do not have sufficient authorization rights in order to access the
global enterprise model.
Network problems prevent access.
The enterprise functionalities of ProjectServer are not activated.

Try to connect to Project Server again later. If the problem persists,
please contact your server administrator.

*This pop-up was initially in French so the wording will likely not be the
same as the English pop-up.

As a result of made some follow-ups/tests and concluded the following:
The user's profile has properly been set-up, I've cross-checked with other
users; and
His network connection does not seem to be the issue.

Has anyone else ever come accross this issues^

Thanks

Chris

Hi Sean,

I checked that the sites were added as IE Trusted sites and that the URL's
were correct... everything was fine.

I also connected to his PC remotely with my account as Administrator and it
worked fine. It seems that the problem lies with his account uniquely.
However, since his account has been set-up with the same rights as other
users, I am not sure why his account is refused access to the Project Server
database and others aren't.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks

Chris
