Cannot connect to server after upgrade

My host has to move my site from an old server to a new Windows03 server. So
I published my site from the old server back to My Webs on my laptop. Then I
upgraded from FP2000 to FP2003, opened the site locally to publish back up to
the new server. Now I cannot connect to my site, either the old server or
the new server with FP2003. On my other computer, which still has FP2000, I
can connect to both old and new servers. When I use Open Web command, the
hourglass just keeps spinning and nothing happens, not even the dialogue box
to enter name and password. I can however, open and view the files on the
server directly through the Network Places.

Try browsing to the site URL in IE and using File Edit w/ FP
- if it won't open contact your host to check the site permissions

I fixed the problem. Surfed to some other posts involving using FP Cleaner
and was able to get connected to server.
