Cannot connect

Hi,
I'm trying to connect to an Exchange 2007 server by following either the
built-in guide in Entourage or
http://www.entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeathome.html but it simply
doesnt work. Entourage says "Not Connected". The server is local and there
are no firewalls. I'm able to access owa normally.

After restarting Entourage 2008 i receive a logon failure. I have tried
entering my username in the following formats domain\username,
domain.local\username and plain username. None works and the logon works
with OWA.

Is Entourage 2008 simply incompatible with Exchange 2007?

Is there any script on the server?? When you get in through OWA the
address should look like http://www.myserver.com/exchange and prompt you
immediately for a login and password. DO you get that or do you get a
page with more info, a corporate log or links to change the password,
setup the access for a public or provate computer???

If it is the case, it will prevent Entourage to connect. You need to
connect straight to a server that doesn't offer that. A lot of
environment have OWA on a front-end server and the data on a back-end
server that can be used ofr Entourage. Ask the network administrator if
this could be the case for you as well.
