Cannot contact provisioning server

Hello:
I hav downloaded Office Groove 2007 and I'm trying to create a new workspace and
invite other to it.
I receive this error "Cannot contact provisioning server". Which is the problem?
It's my first time with Groove.

If the problem still persists, then please let us try to use Grooveclean
tool and then test the results.

Open My computer and search the file name as "Grooveclean" and then double
click this tool.

After these steps, please restart the system normally and then test the
results.

Hi,

I am having the same problem in regards to connecting to "provisioning
server". Only I am using BETA 2, not 3.1. Also I am attempting to accept an
invitation rather then sending out invites myself.

I tried to install Groove 3.1 to check if similar problems would occur,
strangely they do. When I try log-on using a user name and password I created
through the website (groove.net), groove 3.1 reports an error "cannot connect
to groove.net".

Although my firewall should be set correctly I disabled it altogether till I
get the system working. All other programs which have a possibility of
conflicting have been closed. I moved my laptop to another ISP (one with a
stronger business account) to check the possibility of limited port access,
but nothing has worked.

Can anyone please help?

I am currently located in Malta, a small Mediterranean island. Although
small the island processes an okay broadband infrastructure.

Thank you.
I tried with your suggests, but it still don't work.
I perfom a clean install, disable antivirus software (NOD32, in my case) and Groove
works now.
