Cannot copy/paste

HI all,
Whenever I try coy/pasting when online I get the following
error message.
"The instruction at 0*30050bea referenced memory at
0*0000019e". The memory could not be read.
I've cleaned my computer off the worm and virus. I've
reinstalled Office afresh.
