Cannot Copy This Folder Because It May Contains Private Items

I'm getting this error message: 'Cannot Copy This Folder Because It May
Contain Private Items' when I try to move or delete a folder in a shared
exchange server mail box that I have Owner privileges to... Any idea’s why I
can't move or delete this particular folder which doesn't contain any emails?
