Cannot Creat A New List For Labels

I have word 2002 under XP Windows and when I try to create a new lis
for labels under mail merge wizard it come up as " this operatio
cannot be completed because of dialog
or database engine failure".
I have all the latest Updates to Office XP. Please hel

Just create a table in a Word document with the first row of the table
containing the field names (no spaces) and enter the data for each record on
a separate row of the table. Then save that document and use it as the
datasource.

Or create a datasource in an Excel spreadsheet.
