Cannot create org chart from exchange

I am trying to create an org chart using the wizard using an exchange server
driectory. My issue is the when the chart is created i can only see user at
the top of the chart. No subordinates are created and no error message is
produced. been searching the newsgroups and a few other people have the same
issue but i havent seen a resolution. Help!!!

If you are using Visio 2003, there is a fix available (at no charge) from
Support which may help with this issue.

Here is the article about an update for Visio 2003 which will help solve a
problem with relatively small (under 500 user) Exchange databases.

Same issue but in Visio 2010

I am having the same issue in Visio 2010 any suggestions since this should have the fix within it?
