Cannot create pdf from Publisher 2003

I have tried PDFCreator and PrimoPDF and each time I try to print to either
of these from Publisher, Publisher fails and asks to send an error report to
MS.

I can create pdf from Word, Notepad etc, but Publisher always fails.
I have REPAIRed Publisher. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled
Publisher. I have also reinstalled all of Office 2003. Publisher still
fails.

What can I look for?
