Cannot create WSS site and Spooler Error

When I attempt to create a project it never appears to want to create a
SharePoint site for the documents. I also get a spooler error when I first
attempt to create the project so I assume they may both be related. If I
retry the spooler alert then it clears okay but I've got to manually create
the SharePoint site. Any idea why this is?

As a consequence to this(?) my team members do not appear to have access to
the main shared documents library. They only appear to have access to
document areas for tasks assigned to them. Is this related?

Fairly new to Project Server and PWA but I'm eager to learn as this tool
seems excellent for our purposes...just need to iron out a couple of bugs at
my end and we're all go!

Thanx for any advise that can be offered.

Before we can have any chance at assisting you, it would help us if you
would post the exact Spooler error you see. Give us the name and number of
the Spooler error, if you would please.

Thanx for this but these KB articles didn't help. I've seen both of them
before but didn't use the proxycfg in the past as I already use the local
server name (https://sbsserv/projectserver). Could this problem be caused by
a permissions error on the companyweb? I've updated the PWA admin WSS section
yo use the admin account but I'm also using a mixed environment for
authentication (no real reason other than admin doesn't register unless it's
a mixed environment).

Permissions on the viewdrop folder appear correct already but I've installed
the project server on the E drive and it's on an SBS box (I know about the
problems but I've ensured that I've got it working okay and there are no
other impacts on the server other than this - an a few minor training issues
of mine which will be easily ironed out).

Any other ideas?
