cannot cut, paste, save, and copy....

I somehow copied a read only into read and write file and now my whole excel
program will not let me right click to to save, copy, cut, and paste. The
protection option is not letting me in. I did it to this one sheet and now
it has infected all of my sheets. Also, I am not able to right click to add,
rename, or delete sheets in the workbook. Will you email me at
(e-mail address removed).

Have you tried closing and re-opening Excel?

If no joy then you can always try Help / Detect and repair, but have the
installation media to hand, just in case.
