Cannot delete a resource

I'm trying to delete a resource from the enterprise resource pool via PWA. I
have Admin rights and have been able to delete other resources in the past.
The resource will not delete and I get a message that says "The resource you
have selected has access to a project that is checked out by another user and
therefore it cannot be deleted. To view the projects that are currently
checked out......."

However, no other projects are checked out. Any ideas on how to delte this
resource?

I am expereincing this same problem. I will test a few things and let you kno
what I find.
