cannot delete ntuser.dat

Each time we open Outlook Express 6 we get this error message: ErrorDeleting
File or Folder, Cannot delete ntuser.dat: It is being used by another person
or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.
Any ideas???

You should ask your question in an OE newsgroup. OE is part of Internet
Explorer, not Microsoft Outlook which this group supports.
