Cannot display tasks request

Hi, I just install 2 notebook and 3 PCs with Office 2003. All of these PCs
are connect to pop3 mailbox. When I send task request to these 2 notebook,
the outlook cannot display the contents of the email. The reading pane
displayed "This item cannot be displayed in the Reading Pane. Open the item
to read its contents." However, when I send the task to the PC user, the task
request received and display without problem. Any idea?
